Me and my fiancare regular's and we went last week. And my fiance had to send back her steak that she ordered well done. She had to send back three times until it was done right I ordered the fried brussel sprouts they do cost more and they were gross looking so I sent those back never touched and asked for broccoli instead and then when we asked for the check they didn't refund the brussel sprouts and charge me for the broccoli they still had the brussel sprouts on there I asked for them to be removed and the waitress got a attitude and when we were about to pay we asked for a manager and he came out and tried to explain the steak why it took three times and had excuses and we explained the waitress being rude and she came out yelling at us and swearing and saying that she remember us and how we always have issues with our steak bing done right I never have any issues with mine they can't get a well done steak right the manager didnt do anything but say that he would talk to the waitress and never help with anything else

I have been eating fast food for the last two weeks straight while working on the road and decided it was time to finally get a real meal. Chose Longhorn steakhouse because it was close to my hotel. Ended up coming at their busiest time but I beat the crowd by minutes. Was that at a booth right away got a beer went over the menu and chose the ribeye with asparagus and mashed potato. The ribeye was cooked to perfection as well as the asparagus and potato. My waitress and hostess were very friendly and a pleasure to have. Highly recommend will be back againWheelchair accessibility: There is a drop off location with a wheelchair ramp right at the curb side and there are no steps at all all the way inside and through the restaurant

Service was Great, the food was passable, I have eaten at other Longhorn restaurants where the food was awesome, the steak lacked flavor and the baked potato tasted like it had been in a warmer for hours.

Female staff disrespected our adult grandaughter. She is a curvy woman.. We were seated and grandaughter came in later. She was polite and said hi to one female wait staff and was ignored. She was getting hate stares from this female server staff. We got our food and it looked like it was tampered with chicken parmesan was very salty, steak my husband had was tough. My granddaughters asparagus looked like someone spit in it. When we left granddaughter went out first and they did not acknowledge her at all and told my husband and I thank you and have a good night. Deliberately ignored our grandaughter and it was very noticeable. We witnessed this. We will never go back.

First visit to this location. Beautiful inside. Nice people. Just before Christmas, they had a rush, and they did warn us that the service was a bit slow. They could have brought drinks at least. We waited for quite a bit. If it wasn't a day off, I would have had to just leave. But it's the holidays, and we got to catch up on our chat while we waitedThe food was good. The First Refill came with the check at the end. I'll try them again and hope that was just a fluke. Food and atmosphere are worth it if service is as it should be expected to be.

Had to wait for waitress to come by so I could get steak sauce. By the time I got it my steak was cold. The $10 cheesecake was frozen with not much for Caramel and pecans. Wasn't worth the money.

We couldn't tell if we were to be seated or seat ourselves. The waiter was hard of hearing. I had to ask someone to wipe off the chairs before we could be seated. We couldn't get anyone to bring the bill. And hardly anyone in the place. My salad was just not good.

The Longhorn in Bismarck, North Dakota, is one of the Jewels of the United States. The food is outstanding, the pricing, exceptional, and the staff, incredibly responsive and friendly. Most importantly is the value for the food, and the quality there is only one word to describe it… Impeccable. I strongly recommend it. In terms of Bismarck, wow!

We were a bit disappointed in the steaks we ordered this time at LongHorn. They were much thinner than previous visits and 3 of the 6 meals we ordered were cold when they got to the table. I hate sending something back because of the wait until it is returned and having others wait for you to complete your meal then. However, I was really hungry for a good steak, so I was a little disappointed.

The service and our waitress were great. We've always had wonderful meals. Last week we had a bad experience. All 4 of our party were served Luke warm to cold meals. Steak, ribs, chicken, lobster, and the potatoes butter wouldn't melt on them.

Decent place and food but not high end either. Went w family and had a steak and shrimp w potato. Margarita on the side. Good food and well cooked. As night went on, the sound grew too much for good conversation but that was a busy night.
