We don't eat out often but I was helping my family out and had my nieces and nephews and needed something quick and easy. I tried using the app and when it wouldn't allow me to pay by cash the manager stepped in and helped me by taking my order and taking the stress away from the app not working properly. Your run of the mill McDonald's experience, but I haven't had an issue with my order here even once. Much more attentive to substitutions and your order in general than the others in this area.

This McDonalds is great when you are staying at the Radisson or have someone in the hospital. Very convenient. The service is decent as well. The main issue we had was the food. We got a quarter pounder that was surprisingly undercooked (never seen that before) and we found a dead half fried fly in the fries. They did get us new fries, but yuck.
