We like the place but the prices are a bit steep for what you get so we only come when we have BOGO coupons. The tables and chairs are sometimes sticky so we usually takeout. It looks like they're short-staffed can't expect too much. Parking here can be difficult during peak hours.
My review is about the location in Bismarck. On the evening of 5/11/23 our family of 7 stopped for ice cream. The management of this place allowed one young lady all alone in this place to take care of everything. She was doing the best she could but there is no way one person could do all that was required to fulfill the requests of the 20 some customers that were there. Love this place. We stop in every now and then as a treat and I just think the banana and pineapple flavors (and obviously the bobas) are the best! They’ve updated their furniture recently; it looks nice in there! They keep the tables and restroom pretty clean, too… no super sticky surfaces!
