The tacos were mediocre; the steak was cold and not up to temp. The hot and cold line was empty and left little choices for toppings… Most of the tables were dirty and there were at least 6 people working behind the counter, running around. It's really good food. Fresh made in front of you. Basically operates like subway but for burritos quesadillas and stuff like that. Foods pretty good food the price. Only downsides I have is that im not a fan of the layouts making it a pain to navigate if it gets crowded. Other then that the food is amazing!

It was not busy and the young kid talked very fast and I felt rushed. He was almost robotic asking me what ingredients I wanted. The steak in the burrito was cold, the tortilla was cold and doughy. I know it was not fresh pressed. Terrible customer service by this young generation. I do not eat out often and now I know why. I will not return to this place. This review is for the Pancheros by Kirkwood Mall.
