First time coming to this location and the service was horrible. There was no line but we didn’t even get greeted. Just watched as the guy behind the counter scolded his co workers. Then when he finally started our order he just gave me a very hard questioning look like “are you going to order?” So I started not realizing we needed to tell them to go or order in. I couldn’t hear them very well. Was told “for future reference you need to tell me that before we get all the way down here now I have I to walk all the way back there see?” Super embarrassing. Like how rude can you be to a customer? Won’t be back to this location.

The last 4 times I have been there my order is wrong. Today I say steak and veggies I get chicken and no veggies, no one in there but me and the guy at the counter. Last time I wanted burrito,chip and queso, get home no queso. You need a little quality control.

It was not busy and the young kid talked very fast and I felt rushed. He was almost robotic asking me what ingredients I wanted. The steak in the burrito was cold, the tortilla was cold and doughy. I know it was not fresh pressed. Terrible customer service by this young generation. I do not eat out often and now I know why. I will not return to this place. This review is for the Pancheros by Kirkwood Mall.

Staff was horrible. When I had my initial meat and beans put in my bowl it went to the next staff member and he ignored mine for a little bit doing other folks burritos but then he pushed mine to the end and said "bowl all done right?" As if that's all I wanted, no! He never even asked me if I wanted more toppings just assumed it was all I asked for. I also got queso and chips and they were too salty I couldn't even eat it. Qdoba is 1000% better than the food or the atmosphere especially the staff. Will never go to pancheros again.

The tacos were mediocre; the steak was cold and not up to temp. The hot and cold line was empty and left little choices for toppings… Most of the tables were dirty and there were at least 6 people working behind the counter, running around. I was expecting more from this cool looking joint.For as many employees as there were, it not being very busy, the restaurant should have been a lot cleaner and food line prepped for the next guest to choose their toppings.3 stars for the queso, it was was delish!Kid-friendliness: Customer service is also lacking at this location. No welcome in, no up sale, no offering of a beverage.
