I went here with my sister it was not busy at all one other person there already eating we had a mobile order and they gave us the wrong order we went back to get our order and they gave us it and it was cold she lied to our faces saying it was not sitting there but you can tell it was we asked for a refund and she said she will remake it we didn't get the refund we asked for and when they remade it it was cold and not good also there was 3 people working it was over 30 dollars was not worth it and bowl portion was small

Compared to the other locations…this one is by far the worst. Customer service is horrible, didn’t wrap my burrito right…(fell apart as soon as it opened) not to mention my burrito is half the size i normally get from the other locations.

This was my first time there. The food tasted watered down, flavorless. Even the bottom of my togo bag was soaked with some sort of watery liquid.I had an online coupon for a free item, they said I couldn't redeem it without downloading the app. I downloaded the app but was unable to create an account, not sure why.. Noone there was able to help nor honor the coupon. Bummer
Anytime, I feel like having Pancheros I go out of my way to go to the North Bismarck location, each and every time the service is remarkable from the employees. It creates a nice dining experience compared to the other two locations. Both south locations I feel as if I’m interrupting the staff by ordering my Meal. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend in North location, the food is good, but the service is great!

I normally LOVE Pancheros, but this Bismarck location leaves a lot to be desired. Extremely poor service and dirty building.We were the only ones in line, they had 5 employees working the food line, and somehow still managed to be slow getting our food. The cashier barely spoke English, so we couldn't understand what she was saying and she couldn't understand what we were saying.Once we sat down to eat our food, there were no more customers that came in. All 5 employees immediately went to the back and we could hear them slacking off. At least one of them should have come out to clean tables because all the tables were dirty.As we were eating, I also noticed our food portion sizes were much smaller than any other Pancheros locations that I've been to.After 10 minutes of finishing our food, I went to use the bathroom, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and filthy. Absolutely no excuse with 5 employees just sitting around doing nothing.
