I love stopping into Power Plate Meals and being able to grab a healthy and quick option for lunch! There is such a wide variety of meals to choose from and there is also the convenience of being able to warm it up right there and either eat there or take it to go!!
I've been eating at Power Plate Meals for the last two years and I love that there's always something new for me to try, and something for me to enjoy! I've successfully managed to lose 80 pounds in the last 2 years, and while I can manage the exercise part easily, I was awful with my meals. I found Power Plate Meals, and it's been so helpful with the meal prep part of my journey; truly it has taken a lot of stress off my shoulders.
