as for the complaints, coffee shops are generally smaller spaces....you don't go there to eat a five course meal. usually any discrepancy in order, the staff has always offered up the correct (or wrongly described or wrongly heard item) item at no charge or reimbursed the difference, in my experience anyways.......anywhere.
I traveled to Bismarck for this past week and stopped in for PumpkinSpiceLatte (PSL).. It was fabulous!!! Best ever I came back each day I was there! Can you call your Baristas in Sandy Utah and tell them your secret??? Theirs was not at all the same!

This is my favorite Starbucks in Bismarck because of the workers there. They take the time to get to know their regulars and have my drink order down. Shout out to Hannah and Bridget specifically, because they're always so friendly and they keep me coming back to this location.
