“I have been coming here since I was a kid and have always loved the food and the atmosphere. The coffee cake is my absolute favorite. I have never not had a friendly face here, which is hard to find now days. I think my favorite thing is that they have never updated the place. Reminds me of a simpler time and spending time with family on a Sunday. The nostalgia alone will always keep me coming back.“
“We went here on Easter Sunday during lunchtime. It was my first time going to Denny's. We ordered salmon with broccoli, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and fries as sides. My kid got mini pancakes, bacon, and apple juice. We didn't have to wait terribly long, even though there were a lot of people at the time. The food was good. The server was friendly and did a great job. The price was decent for the portion. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.“
“Breakfast was fresh and hot. Though I didn't get the waitress' name, she was awesome. We didn't have to suck air out of our glasses at any point during our visit. And the food came out around a reasonable time. We didn't have to wait on chickens laying the eggs before cooking. The place was decorated nicely too. We intend going during the week next time we go back. Just so we can see what lunch is available.“
“I eat here every day as a Concordia student and the food is good! Not a ton of options for picky people like me though. Sometimes I'm not feeling pizza or a peanut butter and jelly or pasta and that's all the options for me (because i don't like chicken or eggs and they serve both a LOT)“

If you're ever in Fargo and can't decide what to eat..Kroll's is your go to!I don't remember the names of the soup & meal I ordered because it's off their German menu, however both were exceptional. The yellow soup with potato, chicken and dumplings is highly recommended. The entree I ordered almost looked like a Jamacian beef patty but tasted like a delicious fried Salisbury steak. Mash potatoes on the side, basic potatoes but still had flavor.Love the ambience and feel of this old school diner. Great meal and great experience!“
