The peanut sauce with the grilled chicken reminded me of a light satay sauce. And the Jollof rice! It was so good!! We will definitely be back. “I love the Juicy burgers and great value for size. The Large Fries serve 5 Adult eaters. We ordered another Small fries and took leftovers home. The retro pop dispenser is fun to mix flavors, but it does not respond to every selection all the time, so make sure you have pressed it & it displays.“
“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“
“I hadn't had Burger Time in so long, so I was hoping it was as good as I remembered. I'm happy to say, it was! I got the Friday special, a double burger combo. Don't forget to add cheese because they won't automatically. Anyways, so so delicious! It's like an authentic five guys. Best burger I've had in a long time! We love their broccoli cheese soup and we put their hot peppers on every sub we get, that is something that almost no sub shop offers and if they do they just offer jalapenos not the rest of the hot peppers. Great food and I am one of the pickiest eaters ever. Give it a try if you haven't before it's amazing.“

“I brought my wife to eat here a few days ago. The first thing that deserves to be mentioned here is that the food was absolutely incredible! Every single bit of it. The restaurant was very busy which is always a good sign. Food was quick for the volume of people ordering food, and service was extremely friendly and welcoming.Everyone was gloved in blue. I don't have issue with the gloves, but that no one, the whole time I was there, changed them between tasks. Before I ordered, a girl came out from behind the counter and gave another girl a huge hug, then went back behind the counter to take her order (before taking ours....) then another girl came up, and I assume offered to pay for the girl ordering and ran into the back to grab her cell phone, came back, and tried tapping her phone on the reader, grabbed the reader and tried again to get it, successfully this time, then she went to another til and asked how she could help us, and did help us, very nicely, but no one changed gloves. From touching money, to touching food, to wiping and clearing tables, to refilling the ice machine, but no one changed gloves.I thought it was strange, and pointless, but I can't wait to come back and eat again. Amazing staff, amazing food, and amazing service.“

“while the food is solid and has big portions the custome service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff downtown always looks like they're forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. From complaining loud enough in the kitchen to be heard in the lobby, to making you feel like a problem for asking for items to be removed or slightly altered on a order. Customer service has always been this locations biggest issue since open and is even worse in 2022. if you want to be treated like a person who isn't an inconvenice maybe go somewhere else.“

The NoDak is solid while the Chimi is unique and good for what they’re going for. The best fries are ok; they’re shoestring with lots of butter and parmesan. Not my personal favorite. “We had the combo plate. It was a good choice as we weren't familiar with the food. It's so flavourful! It's not table service. You order at the counter and they bring tonyour table. Very casual atmosphere. Tacos were tiny, but they were so good! We would eat here again.“
