The machine barely works, you have to push each button super hard most like more than once. If you can’t get it to work at all they don’t care and they don’t help, no food for you ?
Ordering inside is a much better experience than using their touchscreen to place my order. The touch screen pad sucks, to state it plainly. It's freezing and windy outside and your hand has to constantly be outside to place your order, it's confusing and clumsy. You cannot customize your order very well (i.e.- just chips & sandwhich verse having to choose chips, sandwhich, drink). I know this is probably corporate Subway's doing but it sucks.
