Took 30min to get 10pancakes, burnt chocolate things, and a hair in the kids food(they replaced it asap) One bad experience won't make me stop going there. Every business has rough days.

To Matthew Q. Remember it is a FAMILY DINER. Quite is sometimes impossible in a fast pace, EVERYONE welcome kind of atmosphere! Overall great place to bring the family and chow on some good food.

Walked I door. Hostess brought us to a table then asked if we wanted a booth. We said sure she turned around looked at a few table and dropped our menu and said here you go or sit where ever you. The three tables slave looked at were still dirty with food. We stood hoping she was bringing back a rag. Manager took us to another table.
