Service was great! The check out was absolutely horrible. The kid was rude and more worried about his hair than being courteous to us. When we ordered our piece of pie he threw it in there. We then asked for a plastic fork so we could eat it, he walked away to the bathroom. Another worker had to pick up his slack. Everything else was amazing food and our waitress was super sweet. The food I had was very good but the person who served us had quite an attitude. Upon mentioning she had syrup dripping she was very stand offish. We were merely helping her. Satisfied with the food dissatisfied with the service.

The Grand Forks Perkins is outstanding!! The staff is stellar exhibiting a warm welcome and extending every effort to serve the customer. The Perkins in our town is a shadow of the one in Grand Forks. Our server, Barbara, has been working there for over twenty years and could be training other servers on how to help customers.
