I was traveling and starving and was pleasantly surprised to find this steak house. The flavor of everything was spot on, especially the beans. “It's not about being perfect, it's about making it right. This is a philosophy that many in the service industry should understand. Grand Forks Red Lobster, at least for us, went above and beyond. We ordered a curbside to-go order. We got our food, went home and discovered they forgot to give us a bag. Not only did they fix the error, the carry-out manager made sure the missing items were delivered. They also made promises surrounding the mistake, and delivered on each of those promises. I tipped the person who delivered our order, and given the end result of the experience, I probably should have tipped her more. So...what could have been an incredibly negative experience, was turned, incredibly positive. I can't express my gratitude enough. Thank you.“
