“Food was great however there was an employee who didn’t stay off his phone a very big man and after delivering food outside several times he had one of them smoking thing he kept smoking- very disturbing and unsanitary. How low has the hiring pool gone?“
“The menu is limited, but the beast burger I had was great and was a pretty good size burger. The fries were tasty. We played golf on the simulator, which was fun. The manager took her time to explain everything to us, which was pretty awesome. I would go again. We had a little wait, but I was able to grab a beer while we waited and the wife and I were able to sit and chat while we waited.“
“The owner is so kind, sweet and a super hard working lady! The food is beyond amazing and if you want the biggest dreamiest carmel roll I highly recommend stopping in to grab one! Husband drools over the Hot Turkey Sandwich! Hands down best hometown downtown diner!!!“
“Great spot for brunch and dinner! We had the breakfast nachos (potatoes and all of the toppings) for brunch and it was so good! We also tried one of the breakfast pizzas and it was superb! Can’t wait to head back. My favorite restaurant in Minot, hands down!“
“I'm a member of two different groups that gather here in their "back room" for meetings on a regular basis. The service has always been top notch & the food delicious. There is a large television mounted on the wall that can be used for presentations and an easel with whiteboard. I highly recommend Badlands as a place to host your business or social group meetings!“
“As a non-local, I was drawn to Bone’s BBQ Smokehouse & Grill by the buzz of recommendations. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat.1. Jalapeño Poppers: A Spicy RevelationThe jalapeño poppers were nothing short of divine. Smoked to perfection with a burst of creamy, spicy goodness inside. They set the bar high for the rest of the meal.2. A Symphony of FlavorsI decided to sample a little bit of everything, and boy, was that a wise choice! The menu at Bone’s offers a tantalizing array of smoked sausages, ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and much more. Each bite was a flavor explosion—a harmonious blend of smokiness, tenderness, and love.3. Bone’s Amber Ale: A Liquid HugThe Bone’s Amber Ale deserves a standing ovation. It’s like a warm hug in a glass—a rich, malty brew that complements the barbecue perfectly. Whether you’re a beer aficionado or a casual sipper, this one’s a winner.4. Stellar ServiceKudos to my bartender, Jamie! His attentive service and conversation elevated the entire experience. And let’s not forget my chat with GM Christie—a delightful conversation that made me feel like a valued guest.5. The Verdict: UnforgettableIn summary, Bone’s BBQ Smokehouse & Grill is more than a restaurant; it’s an experience. The aroma of wood smoke, the friendly chatter, and the soul-satisfying food—it all adds up to one of the best meals I’ve ever had.? “This was a clean Denny’s, compared to others I’ve been too. It was a busy day, 2 days after Christmas, but it wasn’t long to be seated. The table was still wet when they sat us but they dropped off some napkins for us to dry it ourselves, would have liked if they did it. After sitting there for a while, I felt kind of famous because people kept staring, funny moments. The food was hot and cooked well and the service was so so, not bad but definitely could have been better. She stopped in the middle of the isle and talked to I guess a friend for 15 mins while people were trying to wave at her for help. She was nice though.“
“As soon as I saw this diner from the road I knew I had to go in. My Grease (movie) loving self had to go in and get a milkshake. People were friendly and our server was the sweetest woman. I can remember her name, but she has shoulder length black hair. So kind. Definitely a pleaser if you wish to go back in time or experience it for the first time. Variety of food and shake flavours!“
“I'm not gonna lie, I miss the 1980's Perkins. From the stained glass light fixtures, the salad bars and the darkly stained wood furnishings, I grew up around Perkins.I haven't been to a Perkins in a very long time. We're talking 20-25 years. I visited the Minot location to find a drab, plain looking restaurant with a medium selection of food. The food was prepared well and very flavorful, but the menu has seemed to lose its charm that it once had. Seems really industrial... Nothing like it was.“
“Food was delicious and waitress was so friendly and helpfulDietary restrictions: Had options for the Celiac person with usKid-friendliness: Kids were happy with their food, enjoyed looking at everything around and were engaged by our waitress. Enjoyable experience all around“
“The ambiance and atmosphere are incredible. The experience is priceless for small town Minot. My husband and I have dined here many times over the years and it's always absolutely perfect from the appetizers all the way to the drinks -- impeccable.“
“Pink's is part of a gas station/convenience store/bar and grill setup. The building is clean and nice on the inside, looks like the country gas station it is on the outside. We sat in the grill area which had several TVs and about 10 tables. What I could see of the bar area seemed nice and they had a game of Bingo going while we were there. We had heard a lot of good things about their food so we tried it for our date night. I had the Surf and Turf (medium steak) with fries and grilled vegetables and my wife got the sirloin (well) with baked potato and grilled vegetables. My Surf and Turf came with a nice steak correctly cooked and seasoned, 2 tasty shrimp, nice portions of very tasty fries and grilled vegetables. I was disappointed at only 2 shrimp for $31 but the food was overall really good. I had a lemonade which tasted watered down and flat which was the same for my wife's diet coke. Spinach dip appetizer was good, creamy with warm multicolored chips. My wife's sirloin was pretty rare. It was red in the middle and pink on the edges. As someone who doesn't like much to any pink she could not eat it, I ate a little of it and it was good. I was able to give her some of my steak but the rest went home to our son. She loved the vegetables and could have had a whole plate of them. Her potato was good but pretty small, about 2" to 3" long.Service was polite and nice but they must have been shorthanded because there was no one when we entered and it took awhile for someone to come out.Overall we liked it, but $70 before tip is a lot of money to me. We might go for another date night.“
“Stopped in to just get my boyfriend a sandwich from here he’s been wanting to try, ended up talking to the owner and having her make me her order she usually makes herself and teaching me about its history along the way and it ended up being delicious!!! Good hoagies, great atmosphere and great service! ❤️“
