I have eaten at barbecue restaurants across the USA. Not only was this restaurant (Bones BBG, Minot N. Dakota) meal the best, nothing, even comes a close second. I tried to give my son some brisket. I couldn’t because every fork attempt only held a micro piece. That tender. Every fork just fell apart into little pieces. The ribs. We really enjoyed this place, all the staff was super friendly and the food was great. We are from Texas and the brisket is one of our favorites in North Dakota. The poppers are fantastic, super easy to eat and great flavor! Fried okra is the best I have found in the area.
