The service at this establishment is consistently prompt. The staff, including the manager, are consistently friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to get the manager's name, but I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and exceptional service.
I have been in twice in the last two months \\u0026 have had great food \\u0026 great service! McKayla is FANTASTIC! Her attitude is bright \\u0026 sparkly \\u0026 she is smiling \\u0026 pleasant! New make over on building is nice! Really appreciate the military discount!

Pretty average KFC. Definitely double check your order before leaving the store. This is however, the only KFC worth going to in Minot, the South Broadway location (A&W) is absolutely horrible both in terms of service and quality of the food.
