I have had a problem with the same manager the last two times that I have ordered through the mobile app.First of all, when I've used that mobile app. These 2 times, after placing my order, it had on there that I needed to click on, I'm already here. They charged the car in front of me for my food, and could not figure out how to fix it. I had to sit at the drive-thru window for close to 10 minutes before I paid. Very frustrating.
