I placed a To Go order and had some thing’s wrong with my order, I called and the GM Brian made it right and was very thoughtful about it! He made the experience better and was great about handling the whole situation.
We were looking forward to eating at Applebee's because we do not have them at home. The waitress was so so she did not really make you feel welcome. The food was OK nothing fantastic. Prices were normal for that type of place. I do not think we would go back to this one. Might try another one someday.
