I am a kind of frequent customer here. I usually get a patty melt and every time it was great. Today, lets just say things didn't go as planned. Though, waitress Mel was great at customer service! This will probably be the last time it would go wrong, I know next time it'll be great! Thanks!Edit: 8/22/23The waitress should repeat what the customer ordered. She clearly did not hear me.
