This location is the best staffed, well stocked location in the city. They are constantly on it, making sure food is full and ready. They also consistently have ribs on their line at dinner which is not a choice at the other two.Well done, Bellevue.
The food isn't bad. It's not gourmet but you can find sufficient to reasonable selections and the quality is good. The challenge is what secion you sit in since the servers are hit and miss. The make cashier is ususlly unfriendly and cold at beat. Very dry and unwelcoming. He's mechanical and scripted, barely makes eye contact, and I've never seen him smile. Some food had no flavor. Steak and prime rib was good. About had an altercation with a loud mouth customer as she walked closely behind me. She yelled as if I had stepped on her even though I hadn't moved. Service was okay at removing empty dishes, but was lacking on refills. I would try to go back and see if the food and service had improved. I know bad customers come and go.
