The food was good but the entire dining experience was ruined by the mere fact it is so dang cold. You cant even enjoy your food its so cold in the building. This is the 3rd visit with same experience. We wont be returning. Its almost unbearable eating conditions. I ask every visit to do something about the heat and nothing was ever done . Shadow tacos ...hardly any meat or cheese all lettuce.. Burritos were cold from the tortilla inward. No credit cards in drive thru...cash only...who carries cash now a days. So we had to go inside to get food with card. So why couldn't they use the inside card reader for drive thru? Only 4 people working in the store.
I've spent more time in Taco Bell's from my childhood until now doing many number of illicit activities. The food is always slapped on the plate or into the wrapper leaving a giant mess when you open the paper. Not at this restaurant, every time my wife and I go to this Taco Bell the burritos and wraps are perfectly rolled with no sloppy sauce or cheese all over the place.
