“The food was good but the entire dining experience was ruined by the mere fact it is so dang cold. You cant even enjoy your food its so cold in the building. This is the 3rd visit with same experience. We wont be returning. Its almost unbearable eating conditions. I ask every visit to do something about the heat and nothing was ever done . People in the dining room were also complaining. You had to eat with your har and gloves on. Ridiculous! Im sure someone would if mentioned they had a furnace problem if that was the case.“
“Terrible food for you nutritionally, but damn, does it ever taste good - especially late at night or wee hours of the morning. Service is on par with other fast food restaurants, slow, will mix up your order, and math skills aren't required, but people seem cordial and pleasant. The atmosphere is fairly pleasant as the only other people inside are other employees on break. If you don't mind someone mopping over your tennis shoes while you partake of the pleasant, paper- wrapped entrees, with nacho cheese dried onto your dining table, then this is the place for you.“
“The manager was very friendly, attentive & willing to step away from his work to interact with us when he heard our disappointment. Taco bell, along with many other chains, have become ridiculously impersonal & outrageously overpriced. Yes they pay higher wages but customers are expected to use the kiosk unless paying with cash. So I'm pleased he got up from his laptop to address our disappointment, offer a solution & even chat a bit. Personal connection is at risk of extinction but still lingers here & there. Found it at this Taco Bell in shadow lake“
