Just once I'd like to go through the drive thru at this location and get fries that haven't been sitting there for goodness knows how long. Fries today weren't even warm. I give them another try every 6 months or so and I'm always disappointed.
Lobby never open but on several occasions about 6-8 staff members (maybe even some friends) sitting in the lobby hanging out, but doors locked with no explanation & they acted as tho they didn't see you when you walk all the way around the buildingto another locked door and look at them for some wxpla . Once in drive thru it took time to get help, which I'm not sure why. I was 10 mins behind on a pickup order for my myself with doordash. Wasnt even ready. They "finished" it up...read full review

The young lady who gave us our order most certainly needs an attitude adjustment. She forgot half of our order and ignored us as we sat at the window patiently waiting for her to open the window. Finally, my husband knocked on the window, and she snarked at him, gave us some chili sauce, and then she slammed the window . We then realized we were missing our fries. Once again, she ignored us. We gave up and went to Runza for our fries.This happened March 8th, Friday at 6pm.
