We stopped in on Sunday 3/3/24 at 7:45pm & they weren’t busy at all, we ordered right away for take out. The counter was a mess! It made me feel a little uneasy getting food here, since everything was a mess! You would think it shouldn’t take much to wipe up the food counter between orders. This is not a well managed store, it hasn’t been for quite some time. Food quality has gone down hill in recent years. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. If ordering to go, the portions vary from order to order. Sometimes my burrito bowl is overfilled, other times its barely a meal. But the chips and guac keep me coming back.

This chipotle location has issues quite often with not being open at the times posted on the front door and the website...you can see ppl working inside but the door is locked and they ignore you when you knock on the door....signs on the door that they are out of guac, chips, cheese,etc... only accepting on line orders when you are in person to order. People working there are not friendly - not customer service oriented in my opinion. Try to call and no one ever answers the phone...read full review
