I went to Fazoli’s after a stressful day at work. The staff was great from the moment I walked in. It was my first time eating there and they were more than helpful explaining the menu. The service we got throughout our dining experience was top notch. Nate was very attentive and couldn’t have done a better job! I will definitely be back because of the service Nate and the team provided!
I had the best experience at this location, not because of the food, but because of one particular staff member. Nate provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Nate was attentive, friendly, and engaged in fun conversation. I was so impressed by his service that I wanted to offer him a job. I have never been to Fazolis before but This man deserves a Raise!

I would like to recognize your window server, Nate! He was pleasant, personable, and professional. You seldom, anymore, get to have any kind of conversation. He presented himself as a caring person, genuinely interested in talking to his customer. While our interaction was brief, he made my day! (Oh, and the food was served quickly, priced right, and was delicious.)
