Ribs, brisket and sides have all been excellent on my last couple of visits. Service prevents it from 5 stars. But this is as good as any place in Omaha (probably better).

I wasn't sure when we walked in the door because it was so much smaller than the old location. The ordering was so much different but it's the same fantastic food we have always enjoyed! Staff was great & so are the the prices!

This is the best BBQ I have ever had, and I just moved from Texas. Try the Burnt Ends, Brisket, and Pork Ribs. Mac n Cheese is bomb too. I will definitely be a regular customer here.

Hate their location changed from West O st. It was a better experience there. I always placed Phar Jacks Burnt Ends better than anywhere. Visited the new location finally. Drove way out of my way to get there to ionly be disappointed. The burnt ends were dry and tough to eat. Totally opposite of what they were out on the last location. Probably not going back to Phat Jack.

The bbq was delicious!! Very juicy! The only bad thing was I had to eat my sandwich with a fork! ? it was so juicy the bottom of the bun ddnt hold up! The sides were really good too! We had the cheesy potatoes and the Mac salad. Super good!! Can’t wait to try other things on the menu!

Excellent meats and sides. Order at the counter no frills place. Pretty quick getting food out. Limited seating but usually adequate. Limited staff can get behind on restocking sauces etc.

This is just a little hole in the wall restaurant, but don't let that fool you. The food was fabulous, not just the meat but the sides. Wow, way better than I expected. The guy at the counter was so helpful on what to order. Also, the baked beans were out of this world good. Check it out. You won't be sorry

amazing bbq! Pulled pork sandwich is to die for! Corn bread is lightly sweet and moist! Their homemade sauces are drinkable they're so good! A little on the pricey side at $30 for 2 meals but you 100% get what you pay for! Definitely thinking Jack's is going to become a monthly regular for us!

I placed an online order at 4 in the afternoon for a 5:30 pickup. I then drove 5 miles across town and stood in line for my food. When my turn came I was told that my order had been cancelled because it couldn't be filled at that time. There was no offer to substitute an item just cancelled.

Phat Jacks is good solid barbecue that will fill you up. I ordered the Burnt Ends sandwich, at the staff's suggestion, and matched it with a side of cheesy potatoes and a Dr. Pepper. The burnt ends were solid. I wish the potatoes were a little less clumpy and has more cheese. I sampled some of the sauces. The regular was nice and sweet. Like other barbecue joints, I opted for the hot sauce, because it came with a little kick. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The spacious dining area was clean and well kept.
