I have been eating here for over 50 years. It's one of the 3 places I have to eat at when I am in Lincoln. Runza recipe is the same, maybe just a bit small than in the 70s. New to Lincoln, this is the real deal.
When you are packaging ToGo orders, you have to let the freshly fried food vent somehow. Folding and sealing the bag with a sticker will cause those fries to get soggy more quickly. I've been doing delivery for over 4 years. The best way to seal a paper bag that has fried food in it ... don't fold it. Just lay the sticker right over the top of the bag. Also, plastic bags help in transport but don't knot them so much you completely cut off air supply for the food.
