The Rabbit Hole Bakery (awesome name too), is a very cool spot in the Haymarket section of Lincoln. The Rabbit has amazing cake by the slice, cheesecake, cookies, and other sweet treats, plus excellent coffee and tea. Also, the Rabbit offers solid wine, beer, and cocktails. Love love love this place! It’s one of my favorite bakeries. My friends got me a cake shaped as a book for my birthday and it was so beautiful I didn’t want to eat it, but when I finally did it was amazing. I’m also in love with their black and white tarts. 10/10

Discovered this place in the Haymarket after dinner one time. My wife and I have had several visits and desserts are fun and delicious. Always think a little music for ambiance would help but, as a restaurant owner, it's not my place to say what people should do in their business.
