“Pho was up there with some of the best I've had. Broth was rich but not super salty, very fragrant. I got the thin sliced "steak" (menu item P1), and it was super tender.Didn't love the egg roll. A bit greasy, and the filling was pretty mushy, almost like it was undercooked. Not saying it was, just unappealing texture.Spring rolls were nice and fresh. No pork, just shrimp, noodles, and mint. Dipping sauce was the standard peanut style and it was fine...it's always too sweet for me so I really don't eat it anyway.Daughter's mango smoothie was a hit. I would be surprised if they used fresh mango but it tasted like it.Two young men served us and they were actually pretty great. It was moderately busy but they were on top of things, and very polite.Pho and Grill didn't quite knock our favorite pho place out of the number 1 slot, but it got close!“
“The banh mis are heavenly quite frankly. I never expected to find authentic banh mis in the US outside of California, much less in Nebraska. The tofu banh mi is absolutely fantastic. The size and price point is phenomenal. The pickled veggies are fresh and flavorful, and the baguette is perfectly textured. The variety banh mis is simply outstanding, but I've always bought the tofu one. 11/10Beware dine in eaters, the bathroom is tiny and kinda atrocious, which is why I've always taken mine to go ?“
“By far the best Pho I’ve had since moving back to Nebraska. It’s crave-worthy, I had it for lunch today and still thinking about having it for lunch tomorrow. That broth and brisket is so good!!! Only suggestion is to invest in the bigger take out bowls.“
“This is my favorite place to get pho! I always get Pho Nguyen when I’m sick, when I need a pick me up, and also whenever because it’s so good. They have amazing vegetarian and vegan options, more than any other place in Lincoln. I recommend the spring rolls and the vegetarian pho!“
