“I love how authentic their food is and their flavor is spot on! The ingredients are fresh and would highly recommend their Chongqing chicken and fish with pickled cabbage (for spicy lovers). It's clean and the waitress are quite friendly.“
“I got take out from Rice Bowl the other night and I thought it was exactly what I wanted - quick and delicious. I wasn't seeking anything fancy, but the delivery was prompt and the Yum Yum Chicken was quite good. I'd certainly recommend this for Chinese take out in the future.“
“The food was yummy as always. The wait staff very friendly!! The cook however needs to be told to smile and to listen to his customers. I am gluten free due to medical condition. He didn't listen very well. Not happy about that!!!! Place is very clean!!“
“Very, very clean. The ice ran out on me, and the gentleman promptly went to fill it. The chicken gyro was amazing. The fries were incredibly delicious. The beef Philly I was personally not fond of and to me the tzaziki sauce had a ranch type flavor but good. Yes its a little pricy but so is everywhere else and this food was cooked fresh and worth the money.“
“The food tasted really nice, was quick, additionally, the owner was really nice, funny, and provided an overall enjoyable experience for my family. If you're nearby this area, go there, you won't regret it.Kid-friendliness: Funny, playful, and kind.“
“We always get take out & it’s always delicious, my husband & I are not big rice people so we love that we can substitute the lo mein noodles! His favorite is the general tso’s & I love their firecracker chicken. Usually takes 45min-1hr for food to be ready on the weekends so be prepared for that when ordering, highly recommend! Staff is always friendly despite it always being busy!“
“Longstanding Omaha staple. Milton’s chicken is one of my favorite dishes anywhere. Generous portions of higher grade chicken served with asparagus, onions, and red peppers in a flavorful sauce. I do not include the mushrooms which come with the dish. Served with steamed rice and miso soup. Consistently a top notch meal at a reasonable price.“
“Our favorite place food is always delicious, fast, and good value for the price. Only thing I wish is for more gluten free options for my gluten free friends. There are gluten free options on the menu but I feel like they're missing out on some of the best recipes when we all get together. Still, this is the best place in Omaha and we've been dining here since I was a child. No other place can compare“
“From the start, my experience was so pleasant. The hostess, I believe her name was Megan, greeted us right away and chatted with us as she took us to our table. The waitress (can’t remember her name) was quick and efficient while making us feel at home. Great food and service. Will dine again!“
“Our waiter was Dwight (hopefully I spelled this right...) and he was the best, I can't praise his kindness enough. My family came there recently for my son's birthday, and I mentioned my husband and I had just lost our baby a few days before that. His compassion towards us and our family was amazing. Thank you Dwight for being such a great server and also just being a genuinely caring person. You made a very difficult night for me a little bit better, and I really appreciate that.“
“First time trying and I'll for sure be back! Tried the Kung pao chicken with crab Rangoon side and everything was great. Lots of flavor, fresh veggies in the meal, and very filling. Price wasn't bad either and they had it ready very quick!“
“Ordered on Christmas day and they were off of the walls busy. They were running around nonstop, and although they were behind on orders it was definitely not because of them. The teriyaki chicken is a sweeter teriyaki, and if you like that it's fantastic!“
“We've gotten choptstick house a few times at work. Staff is always friendly, I just wish they were a little more thorough in getting orders together correctly. First time, I didn't get my food. Second time I didn't get what I ordered but I'm not one to complain unless it's something I won't eat. Whatever I got was still good so ?♀️ however, this was my first time stepping out of my comfort zone and getting the Love Mein and I might have a brand new go-to.Vegetarian options: You can make any fish vegetarian“
“This was such a fun experience, I would definitely visit again! The small plates on the conveyor were great for getting a broader variety of things to try without committing to a whole roll. The kids loved seeing all the options glide by (the octopus salad and the desserts were their favorites to point out). Ordering from the touch-screen had the bonus entertainment of getting the items delivered by the train. The food was excellent, and our server was too. This is the place to go for a great sushi experience.“
“I often work in this area and make China buffet a frequent stop. The service is always welcoming with a smile and constant cold drinks are always being served. Briana is always my go to for my server. The food is always fresh, and you can get in and out within 20 min for an affordable “
“I lived in Omaha my entire life and not once have I ate at this restaurant....I've been missing out. The food is wonderful... chef's kiss!!! I will eat at Dragon 88 from now on!!!! Service with a smile, friendly and kind. Presentation of the food is a chef's kiss! I love this place!!!!“
“Always love their food. They have a half Chinese and half Korean menu. I always go with their Korean food, they all come with side dishes. You know you picked the right place when you see Korean are eating there as well. Great atmosphere and clean.“
“Simply delishious with NO "fan fair" just great ph? fried t?fu & spring r?lls!Vegetarian options: the fried tofu was incredibly the vest I've ever tried⚠️Parking: We parked right by the door, safe & sound⚠️Kid-friendliness: Very well behaved kids were there❣️Wheelchair accessibility: I can't be certain, but I sure think there's room for them ❣️“
“Love coming to Huhot! I know if we’re coming here to not eat and arrive with an empty stomach! I do feel like the 180th Center location needs a little revamp. It looked clean but if you really looked the floors could use a really good, deep wash and the bathroom doors needed to be wiped down. Otherwise great restaurant, great service and great food!“
“This has been my go-to Chinese food restaurant for years now. Theres a reason, the food is absolutely delicious, they know their stuff and they’re not stingy on their sauce or flavor. As someone who grew up eating MSG riddled Chinese food, this place is a breath of fresh air as their food is fresh, delicious, and generous with the portions for the price.Service was good, as usual. Looking forward to the next time I come back here,“
“Moved up here last year and been trying alot of Chinese places and none have been ok compared to what we use to get. Saw this place recommended so grabbed some Togo and it's now our go to for Chinese. The dinner is big enough for 2 meals, so far tried the sesame chicken and the triple delight one with low mein one with white rice and it was amazing. The taste is good, the portion is good and the price is the best. Also tried the chicken egg rolls, egg drop soup, wonton soup and fried dumplings. The sauce with the dumplings is fire, even dipped the egg roll in it ?? the egg drop was the best around and had corn in it, I've never seen that but it was thicker and had flavor. My husband said the wonton soup was the best he has had here and tastes good it was just the wontons was a little over cooked. For Chinese I would definitely say this is the best in Omaha that we have found so far. Edit. Tried the shrimp in lobster sauce which was good and our friends got the chicken curry and loved it and the beef and broccoli and also agree it's the best Chinese in Omaha. Picture is of the triple crown delight with steamed rice and the fried dumplings.“
“Everything about this place is absolutely amazing! The food is always hot, fresh and the best Chinese we have this side of Elkhorn.Tonight we got the steamed dumplings, wonton soup, egg rolls (BEST IVE EVER HAD. I have to get them every time.) and Mongolian beef“
“I've only ordered delivery, so keep that in mind. The Good: -Delivery is much faster than the website says. -Lo Mein is exceptional and a pretty big serving for a side order. Very good for the price! -Mongolian beef is very good. -Egg foo young might not be what you expect for egg foo young- it's not an omelet, it's deep fried egg and vegetables and meat in patties. Very good but not what you might expect from the name. The Bad: -Flower Steak is very bad, too thick and cold inside because of being so thick. Very bready and unpleasant. -Egg Rolls are not terrible but pretty underwhelming, the shell is much too thin- not fried hard enough.“
“The food and selection were actually good. There were a few items I'd definitely recommend. The coconut shrimp and the imitation crab mixture were two items I'd recommended. They were above average and tasty. Definitely going back. Its not far from the Lake which was a nice visit too. The server was great. The host that seated us... so so.Vegetarian options: AdequateParking: AmpleWheelchair accessibility: Accessible“
“My hubby and I went here tonight for a quiet dinner for two. The staff was super friendly, we were checked on frequently and they answered all our questions before we ordered. I ordered the beef stir fried rice noodles and my hubby ordered the sautéed string beans. Both were great but I LOVED the green beans. They were still crisp and full of flavor. I plan to order those again next time. I also ordered the custard buns. They were the perfect custard to dough ratio and just the right amount of sweet to hit the spot. We will definitely be back!“
“The food is delicious! Jeff is polite, attentive, and always respectful. The hot and sour soup has gotten a bit sweeter, though. Now, to address the reviews posted here about Asian Wok. If you read through the negative comments, one thing is evident. There are some dumb sons of bitches writing them. Where did you idiots go to school? How can anyone take you seriously, when your spelling is tantamount to a first grader's? You're just whiny little bitches who expect everyone to kiss your asses, for a ten dollar plate of food. If this wasn't a mom and pop business, I'm sure you'd be "calling corporate."“
“Ordered on a Saturday around 5, food was ready 15 minutes later. Fast turn around and pleasant staff. I had the Sweet & Sour Chicken meal that comes with choice of soup (Hot and Sour or Egg Drop), appetizer (egg roll or crab rangoon), and then rice (white or fried). I had the Hot & Sour soup-- it's spicy, which I like and filled with those yummy extras that give it texture. Then the Crab Rangoon-- very crispy and a nice amount of filling. The filling is a little sweet, but the outside is a little salty, so it was a nice balance. Then the Sweet & Sour Chicken was delicious. The chicken was still juicy, and the outside coating crispy and not too thick. The red sauce was the perfect accompaniment for my fried rice and the meat. Fried rice has a nice flavor on its own, too. It's takeout only in the small but quaint shop, so order and go pick up a delight tonight!“
“This was my first time trying this restaurant and it was pretty good. I ordered delivery and it was still hot, which was cool. I tried the chicken with hot garlic sauce and fried rice, not too shabby. The eggroll was a little too oily for me but I'd eat here again and try their crab rangoons to see if those are better. Decent prices, lots of veggies in my dish and plenty of sauce?“
“I have been in Omaha area since 1989, 34+ years and eaten many Chinese restaurants and Shang-Hai Garden is the best! The best cashew chicken I have ever eaten in my life and that includes many cities and states from west to east coast and south to Louisiana. Shang-hi tops them all. Well done. ???“
“First time here and we really enjoyed it. We started with hot and sour soup (yum!!) and wonton soup (also very good just more mild) and some crab rangoons. My husband had the Singapore Chow udon with chicken and shrimp. He loved it. I described it as chicken noodle soup without the soup because the noodles remind me of grandmas homemade noodles but skinny version. The sauce and chicken were really good as well. I had the Taiwanese “Mei fun” rice noodles which was very good as well but I added chili paste for some bang and extra soy sauce for flavor. My 4 year old had the sesame chicken, broccoli and fried rice… which was delicious! The chicken was the best I’ve had in a LOOOOONG time. The service was very good, prompt and the waitress had goood insight to meals. We loved everything we ordered, and will definitely be back.Edited to add we’ve now been here three times in 7 days haha… the sesame chicken is so good, the Taipei delicacy, and crispy honey chicken are also delicious! Don’t skip the crab Rangoons and egg rolls either“
“Hands down one of the best Chinese restaurant in town! I've been coming to this restaurant ever since I can remember! I Highly recommend getting the chicken broccoli with extra sauce! I can gladly say that for the last 24 years I've had nothing to complain about this place! Price is affordable! I Highly recommend this restaurant!“
“Love this place. The food is always good, Fresh Hot and flavorful. We have tried their General Tso, Sesame chicken, Garlic chicken, Lo mien, Peanut butter Chicken, Crab Rangoon, Egg Drop, Hot Sour (best in town), Won-ton Soup, Steamed or fried dumplings and egg rolls.Always smells delicious and fair priced.“
“My first time here, a small hidden spot in Midtown. Wow, delicious food. I ordered the vegetable tofu. The rice was perfect. The flavor was wonderful and perfectly cooked veggies. They did the tofu well also. I ordered to-go and easily have 2 extra meals, thanks to the generous portion sizes. Highly recommended, I will definitely be coming back!“
“To-go order of chicken lo mein and veggie lo mein. Food was fast and fresh and tasted good. Veggie lo mein tasted kind of sweet. Not sure if this is a regional thing because we've had sweet tasting Chinese food at other places in Omaha. Will eat here again.“
“This place is tucked away in a strip mall and serves American Chinese fare. They offer some more vegetarian and vegan friendly dishes on their menu such as tofu fried rice or stir fry green beans with tofu. Food is prepared pretty quickly, and the portion size is pretty good for the price.“
“I absolutely love this Chinese takeout place that I've been a fan of for a long time. It's always been a go-to for me whenever I'm craving some delicious Chinese food. The only thing I wish is that they had a location closer to where I live, or even better, if they offered delivery services. I'm currently residing near 156th and Blondo, so it would be super convenient if they could reach out to this area.“
“It's in the mall so the atmosphere is y'know, stale like a mall. But man I tell you what the service was top tier! Service with a smile, free refills and huge portions! Now, I'm a pretty husky guy and when I say I'm stuffed I mean I should've taken it home stuffed. It comes in a take home container and a plastic fork so definitely pack your own fork if you feel like dining in! 10/10 would come again and I'm definitely recommending this for prom night!“
