When picking up an order we placed online, we realized we placed it for the wrong location. The employees at 168 & Center were incredibly kind and helped cancel the one order and prepare the new one for their location. They were courteous, patient, and worked very quickly to get us our order! Amazing customer service and did not go unappreciated. Thank you!
Just want to say thank you to Mandy! We had an issue with an order but she went above and beyond to make up for it!! She is going to mail us a gift certificate to fix the situation. It's very refreshing to see such great customer service! We love the cakes and we highly recommend them!!!!!!
