I love this place and I am very sad to hear that it will soon be closing soon as it is my favorite breakfast place this side of town. If you’ve been wanting to try this place I strongly suggest that you do it now and stop waiting before it’s too late too experience it. Over Easy is a wonderful restaurant on the outskirts of Omaha, Nebraska! We stopped here for breakfast on a road trip and got a few different things. Everything tasted wonderful, from the food to the drinks! I got the chicken and waffles, and they were some of the best chicken and waffles I’ve had in a long time! We spent $30 for two, we got a cup of coffee and two chicken and Japanese waffles, which were ready good! It’s a little pricey but the atmosphere was nice and it was quiet (We were there on Friday morning) Service was good, and they source from some local farms. We might have to come back here to try some other dishes, their menu was full of different ones we wanted to try.
