The remodeling of 174th & Center location was a great improvement on seating and customer traffic flow . WTG "JAX"Keeping the order line moving / flowing needs better management of cook staff preparing / planning the hot & fresh fries and chicken strips. We ordered 6 sandwiches and 3 orders of fries and only 1 order of fries available with the sandwiches served.... Cashier said 2 more orders fresh fries being prepared and will be right out.....?and 10 minutes later the fries...read full review

i love this place! the food always hits the spot and the fries are always gone within minutes because i eat them so fast. a few days ago i went and had the nicest guy server ever he was great! on the other hand, there is one girl who seems like she doesn’t like her job and isn’t that pleasant but she does her job right! pepper jax is great!

Like all the restaurants right now, it seems Pepper Jax is shrinking it's portions and/or raising their prices or charging for things they didn't use to. Ordered a steak salad, and they were gonna charge $3.50 for a side of Jax queso, almost a third the cost of the salad. The Philly Steak sandwich was good, as always though.
