“They were severely understaffed for a Friday night and it took quite awhile for me to be able to pick up our pizza upon entering the store because they were so busy. I felt bad for the guy at the counter because of all the people who kept coming in after we did. We were third in line upon walking into the store, but 9 more people walked in after us while we were still standing in line.“
“The GM of this store, Isaac, is genuinely a kind hearted man and ensured I had an Exceptional Experience with this Pizza Hut! I ordered online for delivery. Moments later Isaac called me to inform me his delivery driver was unable to be there, so he immediately said he would have it door dashed to me! The total was a bit over the balance of my debit card, bc I was planning to pay with cash. So I explained that to him…. So I had him delete my sick kiddo’s cookie and he applied additional discounts to make sure we got our food. When the order arrived, THE GIANT COOKIE ? was there!!! My daughter was happy. I just feel like people like Isaac deserve to be recognized for going the extra mile to ensure happy customers even when no one is watching or there to give him credit. He helped me bc he felt that was the right thing to do.This was all right before they closed too. I really appreciate you Isaac!And the pizza was incredible!!“
“Over the last couple years, I rarely go to Pizza Hut but opted for Little Caesars. A lot cheaper for not much drop in quality. Plus, Pizza Hut's pizzas were lacking in ingredients on the pizza for the price. With inflation, it seens Little Caesars prices have gone up more as a percentage of original price and the ingredients on their pizzas have decreased. About 2 yrs ago, out of desperation, I had a Personal Pan Pizza at Pizza Hut and it was AMAZING. Since then, on rare occasions, I'd buy a deal but not for Pan Pizza. I REFUSE to pay $2 more for Pan. Your pizzas cost too much as it is. Then, several months ago, there was a deal on a Pan Pizza and I got the Pepperoni Lover's. It was AMAZING too. No skimping on ingredients, crust was not doughy in the middle. Just like when I was a kid. Perfect quality that almost makes it worth the higher price. If you'd lower the price, get rid of the $2 upcharge for Pan, and/or give more Pan Pizza deals, I would visit much, much more often. :)“

“I ordered through the mobile app for pick up. I should have gone through the drive through window but instead went inside. The worker helped me carry my fairly large order to my car. They offered plates, napkins and all the other extras. All the food was hot and delicious. My family kept saying how much it hit the spot. Food and service was great.“
“We came in towards the end of the dinner mad house. We actually ran an errand before we came in because the lot was full. When we came back there was one person waiting. Our order was taken but a very friendly gentleman. He cracked a joke or two and everything was great.“
“Tonight we ordered pizza and I forgot to add marinara sauce through the app. I called into the store and they had the delivery driver who had just left come back to grab it. The pizza was loaded with toppings and was still warm when delivered which came within 40 minutes of ordering. Thank you so much to those working there tonight!“

“I recently picked up my order from this location today and pleasantly impressed with the quality. the medium pan pizza was up to par with that satisfying crunchiness of the crust and tasted as expected. the toppings were plentiful and delicious. along with it I got the Cinnabon rolls and they were excellent. based on the so so reviews of this place, I was reluctant to even try them but glad I did. they put the S 24th st. location to shame. please continue to keep up the amazing quality here.“
“I am so glad and appreciate the marinara was not forgotten this time. I have been disappointed so many times before, and my calls to the store were not responded to, to rectify the situation. This time I made notes any where I could in the online order special note spaces, in an effort to ensure I received the additional sauces I paid for. It would be great if that was not a necessary thing customers had to do to ensure their full order is received.“
“I ordered 5 medium pan pizzas and one then crushed. I only received 4 pizzas. I had my daughter stop the delivery driver. He stated I only ordered 4 but the receipt clearly showed 6. I called the store and was informed that they ran out of medium crust for two of the pizzas so they changed them to large. I told them that I was basically getting ripped off because making a medium to a large is literally $1-$2 per pizza... I would be out of $16. The woman who answered the phone stated that she would get the pizza back out to me asap. 30 minutes later I received a text that the pizzas were on the way. After an hour of waiting I called back the store and spoke with Bobby. He told me he would refund my order to my card. Funny part is that I paid cash and even gave a tip before knowing my order was messed up. After I told him I paid with cash. He stated that he wouldn't know what to do about that and I would have to call the next day. The 4 pizzas that was delivered was like warm on arrival . Overall mess“
“This Pizza Hut has very kind employees. The pizza was baked to perfection and the pasta and breadsticks were delicious, too. The delivery driver was also incredibly kind. Wonderful experience especially for a more fast-food-esque restaurant.“
