“I have been to this Starbucks several times, and only had one bad experience with service. I was told I couldn't use my rewards points because she had already started the transaction (not sure why she couldn't restart it), and then she gave me a cake pop... Instead of an entire sandwich. If it was another entree I could have just eaten it for that day but it was a cake pop. I had to go back through the drive through. 4 stars though bc all of the other experiences have been good“
“I've been going to this location for years, and everyone is always so friendly. They are consistent with their orders and keep the drive through line moving quickly. I do wish their dining area would be more consistently open, but will still continue to frequent this location!“

“A very typical Starbucks coffee shop that you find everywhere around every street corner. Just a friendly, the line was short, and the coffee was correctly made. There was not a whole lot to be talked about for a typical Starbucks coffee as we all know the taste and quality of the Brew. So I suppose they only thing to say is about their staff.The experience was good at this location. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. Keep up the good work.“
“This is the absolute best-- grant its the one I most frequent so I'm incredibly biased but the staff is fantastic, always super nice, helpful, and cheery. Could not ask for more! As an update to a previous comment about the starbucks app-- they do ADD points to your card via the app but if you have rewards you have to print off the email or other proof of that reward.“
“Had a gift certificate so we split a egg,gouda cheese,bacon on a wonderful but not to heat brea# like bun. It's was delicious. “Came by to study and grab coffee around 11am. The person taking my order was friendly and offered to make a suggestion on a drink. I’m glad I listened to them because the drink was super tasty. Worth the $8. They had good seating options at the time, but limited outlet space, so be warned if it gets busy and seats are taken. Otherwise, everything was great and definitely will be back!“
“I like the occasional coffee before my Hy-Vee grocery shopping commences. The employees at this location always friendly and fast.. You can pay with your Starbucks app here and earn reward stars, but you cannot redeem reward stars here. Too bad it's so close to the front doors. Those poor employees get blasted with winter air.“
“First time at this maple location, last mi th I went to the one inside bakers on maple and service was horrible, drink was gross and my cup was literally only filled half. But this location inside target on maple OMG the best whit mocha ever, no line no waiting great service!!! I didn't pay attention to the baristas name she was working today 4/3/19 around 8:30am! Nice little seating area makes this a good spot for an after-shopping treat or for perusing the Baker's ad before beginning the spree.“

“I had a Venti Dirty Chai Latte. It was delicious! The lobby was clean and warm. Staff was happy and attentive. The manager brought out samples of a Hazelnut coffee shake with toffee nut syrup. He said it is a new drink they are offering. It was wonderful!“
“This is a brand-new Starbucks that is located right down the block from my house! I was super excited because I always want to work from a coffee shop, but I don't want to travel. It was one of those days when I wanted to get out of the house, and I remembered this Starbucks was open. It's very clean inside and the staff was super great. I normally don't order food at Starbucks, so the cashier helped me out with what was best. I did enjoy it. My coffee came out quickly and was great! “Went here to meet with a colleague, got what we ordered and were left unbothered for our meeting. It's a bit expensive for coffee and they have anti-union Labor practices so I can't give them five stars but everybody here was polite and reasonable so I'll give them as many as I can“
“Overall a nice hotel. We were a bit dismayed that we found little short black hairs all over the shower and a long black hair on the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise our room seemed to be reasonably clean. The hotel itself was recently renovated, so everything still looks very nice. The bar encompasses most of the lobby area. You can also order food which was mediocre for what the price was. Especially breakfast which was almost $50 for two people. The staff we encountered were all pleasant and very helpful. The only other negative was our second night there was a group somewhere near our room partying, playing music very loud and people laughing and talking loudly. It kept us awake, I wouldn't think a hotel like this would allow that. We chose this hotel because it was right across the street from the arena where we had tickets to see Jeff Dunham. Would we stay at the Omaha Hilton again? Probably not, rooms are too expensive as is the food and the cocktails. I don't think you get the best bang for your buck here.“
“Due to working at the hospital, I'm up shortly after they open and driving down to pick up my usual before I have to work nearly the whole day. The baristas are extremely friendly, especially so early in the morning, and it's a pleasant thing to basically wake up to.My drink is prepared perfectly, especially since I customize mine weirdly, and they're always so pleasant to talk with when we're all likely still trying to wake up.The morning shift are doing an amazing job, especially once the morning rush comes through! They're absolutely awesome! :D“
“Early morning choice of picking the right place for a large cup of breakfast blend coffee between Starbucks or Scooters at the 132nd and Center intersection. I chose Starbucks especially when I saw no cars in the drive through lane. Reading the horrible reviews provided some apprehension but we all know it depends who is working that shift and if they are having a good or bad day. I happened to find a happy and positive barista who liked her job and was having a good day. Even though my order was relatively easy to make, she went out of her way to ask if I wanted her to pour cream into the coffee and then provided a balance of my gift card upon request. Coffee is always 'spot on' and the experience helped start my day this morning in a positive note.“
“This location is one that I frequent often since I work on campus and sometimes need a little boost, especially with how early I arrive in the morning for my shift.Some of the baristas have recognized me and are friendly and have conversations with me, all while being able to punch in whatever my order may be. They're very friendly and kind, and that's definitely appreciated.I love grabbing a drink so early in the morning-the only frustrating part is if I come during the afternoon, wanting to eat lunch on my break, and there's not a lot of seating area. Hopefully they could expand on that and bring in more tables/seats/etc.“

“I love this Starbucks but it is always busy and since I attend Creighton university I am used to it. Therefore I recommend people that are not from Creighton to not attend this Starbucks. They change staffs all the time because it is mostly students working but they do it because it give students an opportunity to work and go to school at the same time. Since staff change is so frequent they constantly have trainings. But overall I love the service that they have here it is amazing“
“Loved my coffee and enjoyed the conversation with the person that made it. I wish I got her name. She had a long line of customers waiting for their coffees and some were very rude. We had an appointment in 15 minutes and she told us she wouldn’t be able to get our order out at that time so we went to our appointment and came back for it after. She remade our orders and was very kind even when I saw customers being rude to her. The owners should be ashamed of themselves and at the same time you are very lucky to have her as an employee. GET HER SOME HELP IN THE MORNING! I wish I got her name but she has a lip ring and had braids that day. You are opening her up to harassment and people being awful to her by not having another employee with her in the mornings. She was clearly stressed but put a smile on her face despite being close to tears. She was so kind and deserves better. If anyone sees her in bakers you’d better be kind and patient! She is doing everything she can even making 3 drinks at a time! I understand people are in a rush but don’t blame her blame her employer! This sweet girl is just trying to make a living I am disgusted by the way I saw some of you speak to her I am almost in tears I have been in her shoes and I think it being closer to the holidays some of you need to evaluate the way you talk to the people handling your food! You are not the center of the universe. She is helping you by making your coffee so you don’t have to press one button on your coffee maker. If she reads this I’m so sorry, you deserve better. No one should speak to someone like that. Everyone wants their stuff immediately but guess what? She has to make it! She isn’t a factory! She was pumping out drinks as fast as she could without a break in between. Give her a raise or something because wow. I bet she is at home now crying her eyes out. I really hope not though.“

It is a great place to have a Starbucks because it allows you to get one before or after shopping which is really nice especially as target cups have cup holders.The bad thing is though, that there is often a large line at this Starbucks. This is of course, to be expected at a Starbucks that is so convenient, however, it makes it not worthwhile to only come here for a Starbucks. If you are in the area and want a Starbucks, don’t stop here unless you plan on going to Target. Go across 72nd and go to that Starbucks instead.“
“This is one of my favorite starbucks [as far as drive-thru experience goes] to go to. Even when the line is pretty long, they go through it fairly quickly. All the members at the window are pretty friendly too.Parking: There's not a ton of parking but there's usually a spot available.“
“Not sure of their secret but my regular order tastes better from this location. At first I thought I was imagining it or maybe just a fluke, but no. They make my regular Starbucks favorite even better. Even tried a breakfast sandwich which from other locations is ok, but definitely tastes microwaved and usually all jumbled in the bag. My sandwich was hot but didn't have the over microwaved taste and the sandwich topping were on the bread not the bag! It's the little things like that which keep me coming back. Starbucks is a personal luxury not a necessity in my life so I appreciate the extra attention. Service is always efficient and friendly. Usually hit the drive thru which is surprisingly quickly with a long line of cars. Went inside for my latest visit. It's clean and baristas have great attitudes. Even tried the free plain coffee or tea refill with account for the 1st time. Fresh cup, free drink, no attitude, just as helpful and friendly. Amazing!“
“For price, I still do much of my shopping at ALDI for staple items but for convenience, great sales, meat or certain products I do pop into this Hy-Vee frequently. Periodically they have some fantastic coupons in the weekly ads although they are going more and more paperless all the time. I stopped in to get a few things and a loaf of Rotella's bread for 88 cents (because really, you can't pass that up). They've added more self check lanes since my last review so I used one but I wasn't sure how to scan/use the coupon. The young guy manning the self check was super helpful above and beyond. He didn't make me feel like a nuisance, just a customer with a question. And now I will know for next time! I wish I would have gotten his name, he did a great job providing the "helpful smile in every aisle".“

Just yesterday the first time I was served by Anna who was quite rude: I asked for replacing some ingredients I cannot drink for something else I can. “If I could give this location six ⭐️s I would. I placed an order via the website believing that our order was for this location but I guess I had inadvertently placed it at another store. The lady who helped us fulfilled our order without any additional charge. In our frustration with the Erie on our part we forgot to tip them. To whomever the manager at this location is, please, please commend these employees for going above and beyond. We visited this location on Feb 13 about 540p. “Really love this location and the people working there. I was there studying recently and there was an elderly man who came in, ordered, and sat down. One of the employees walked his drink over to where he was sitting so he didn't have to get up. It was a simple and very sweet gesture! I hope the employees are treated well and paid fairly because they definitely deserve it!!“
