Great overall experience. All five beers I sampled were excellent, and the pretzel and pizzas were great. Server messed up our order, but they made it right, and you can’t ask for more than that. Very pleased and will be back soon. The only thing that turned me off, and it wasn’t enough to lower my rating, is being hit up immediately for a credit card right after we sat down. Gave me immediate bad vibes.
We dine here often and enjoy the food and beer. Tonight my daughter ordered a new salad suggested by the server because her favorite salad wasn’t available. She didn’t care for the new salad. Rather than complaining, she just ordered an additional item. When we received the bill, the server had noticed my daughter didn’t like her salad and had comped it to us. Thank you, Kylie, and everyone at Flyover for the fantastic service!

Great staff. Food is solid. Server was great. The shishito peppers were fantastic. The sweet chili pepperoni pizza could have used a bit more sauce or a little less ricotta as it muted a bit but I added jalapenos and banana peppers that gave it a nice punch. Had the coffee nitro stout then the head brewer (Dan, I think. Sorry I'm bad with names!) had a can of the blackbird that didn't seal so he let me try some of that.
