I have 2 daughters both like ham one will only do cheese with it so the slim is perfect. The other will only do lettuce with hers. I asked if I could trade the cheese for ham. Was told no. So you have to spend $3.00 more because you do not get credit for the stuff you don't take. Just to get what the kids eat. I believe that Jimmy Johns needs to rethink their approach to the slims. Maybe make it a meat and one topping cheese, lettuce, or anything else in the freebies list.

Parking: Parking lot is shared with another business and it's a rather small parking lot.

When did the wheat bread get so small?? I love their food here usually but this time I wanted the wheat bread and the disappointment I felt when I saw just how small it was. And I paid $18 for this!! I also got a pickle and chips. No

Stopped by to get a sandwich today, front door was locked and no employees in sight. Lights were on nobody was home. Disappointed, but I guess that's what happens when businesses can't get help. Or maybe management sucks and no one is willing to work for them. Either way sucks.

Lovely was the only one in the restaurant managing both the drive through and the in store orders. You need to give this girl a raise not many people now a days can be that pleasant under that much stress.

They delivered to the wrong address and then hung up on me 4 times just to refuse to refund me. I showed up at the location and the locked the window and shut the lights off at 8:30 on a Friday because they didn't want to accept they made a mess up and wouldn't give us our $33 back. I have no idea why I have continued ordering from them, as on average it takes over an hour to get an order delivered from them, they NEVER have the order right and the management can t handle customer complaints without turning phones and lights off. This store is a pathetic excuse of "freaky fast" as the only thing they are fast at is avoiding confrontation. If I could give a zero and shut this place down id be all over it, but unfortunately it's me of the few delivery places in this town. I really don't see it continuing on for much longer. Save your time, go to subway or witch witch and pick it up

Workers are extremely slow waited over an hour when there was only two people in front of us in the drive thru. Also the fact that in the highlights it says it’s a “quick” bite is joke. Will be eating at subway instead.

ordered and waited over 40 minutes. still nothing and no updates on the app. can’t call the store because apparently their phones are off and there’s no other way to get a hold of the store. terrible terrible customer service and support and you guys need to figure it out. it doesn’t take 40 minutes to make and deliver one sandwich. absolutely pathetic performance in your job and i couldn’t imagine ever being proud of work this terrible.

Food was good but service was slow. Went through dtr as for some reason the dining room was closed. There were three people in the food making area but one girl was on her phone.

make sure you check your sandwich. forgot the meat on mine and openly admitted to forgetting meats and breads in the past. Went back in and remade it for me... still forgot topping.

Unprofessional behavior and conversations in-store. Female with a tattoo on her left forearm had her boyfriend in store nagging her while she works. "Migraines are fixed with advil or Tylenol. It's from low blood sugar but I haven't had a break with all the stuff I have to do." Employees have to be told to take care of customers with long waits to prioritize drive "thru" and store chores. Poorly managed and conducting of business. Needs cooperate intervention.

Only 1 person was working. Service was slow but understandable. Customer service was still great.
