Pizza Hut offered free large pizza only to charge you $13 minimum for them to deliver it and still charged me $5 or delivery plus the dollar 20 for taxes $20.23 when you offered me the free large pizza but in order to redeem it i had to pay. What a joke then DoorDash delivers it because you have no delivery drivers. Pizza Hut needs to be shut down here in Scottsbluff Nebraska it's trash

Ordered the big dinner box with 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, and boneless wings. Food was amazing, service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be eating from here more often!
After reading some reviews the past few weeks, I wasn't sure we wanted to try it. So glad we didn't listen to those reviews. It was excellent! The service was fantastic and the food was great for the price. At least 5 different times someone came to our table and asked if everything was OK, if we needed more napkins, anything more to drink, took empty plates away, etc. They even asked if we wanted a to-go cup for our drinks. The entire place was clean and everyone friendly. That's what service is supposed to be like. Seems like people working forget that service is so important. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Scottsbluff Pizza Hut staff for a job well done.We enjoyed the buffet.

I cannot really rate the pizza it was that bad! I wouldn’t even give it one star or a half a star service. They did great for the weather that we had on the delivery and I can’t do atmosphere because I wasn’t at the restaurant.

Ordered online...arrived just as the app said my order was ready.... waited in the drive-thru behind 2 cars for over 15mins. Pulled out of line went inside and was told my order wasn't ready yet... waited at the front t counter watching nothing being put into the warmer.... 15mins later my pizza came out of the warmer but they suddenly ran out of breadsticks.... theh offered me a discount or free pizza in return, just not the cold pizza that had been sitting in the warmer for at least 15mins.... so I told them I seemed to have ran out of money, just as they had breadsticks..... I walked away over an hour after placing my order with nothing. This may explain why there are almost no lights on inside and outside this once great restaraunt.... they don't want to serve anyone.

This is the 2nd time this has happened with a bad experience at Pizza Hut in a one month period! This was my last time darkening their doors. Todays incident was this—— We arrived at 11:27. The doors were locked, although the sign says open at 10:30AM. We knocked an finally 2 women walked toward us both on their phone. One looked at us and left, the second unlocked the door and let us in. We stated 6 please as we headed for the party room and she told us the party room is closed because it was a mess! Of course her phone is still in her hand. Seriously a mess when they hadn’t even opened yet. We were the first customers in the door. There ended us to only being 5 of us one a handicapped lady who can not get on the tall stools. We had to settle for a booth and a chair. The salad bar was completely covered and no pizza on the buffet. Finally 2 pizza’s brought out. Both 1/2 of something we weren’t sure what they were, but thought they had chicken on them and maybe 1/2 a taco pizza. Never had sauce for the bread stix which is what I like best.
The service here is awful. When dining it you are never checked on again after being seated. The buffet food is very hit or miss. This waitress was yelling at the kitchen staff over lids on the salad bar.

Now charging more than what the app says. Ordered a dinner box (14.99) and was charged 17.99. Was told their prices have increased. When you call you are forwarded to a call center and have to wait to even get in contact with the store.

Very sad how my family was treated. We were told there were to many of us and that we had to reserve ahead of time. (At pizza hut)!I can't rate the pizza because we went to Dominos instead and they got to work immediately.
