I don’t understand if I do pickup why my bananas are on the bottom for the bag & my produce & dairy are with raw meat? This is terrible. Teach your people how to bag! I can’t shop for myself or I would! Have some common sense and treat your customers right!

Normally I have a great experience. I did not have one this time. The employees were extremely rude and unfriendly almost made my kid cry. No thank you’s and I drive at least. 1 hour or more round trip to get groceries at Safeway. I wasn’t impressed by the way they Acted when I had a few issues that needed attention. If I continue to get poor customer service I will take my business elsewhere thank you

Sundays have limited inventory, but the store is clean and usually well stocked. There are long lines at checkout. Most people wear masks and staff are checked daily for Covid symptoms. Instacart is also offered at this location.

Not a fan of the checker and the bagger publicly trashing people in political office while they are checking people out. Yes... you are allowed your opinion. But I didn’t come to your store to listen to that. I can to buy groceries. Check me out and keep your opinions to yourself.

From the outside you wouldn't think much of the inside of Safeway. The store is clean with friendly, courteous staff. You need to have some patience as most check outs are full, but this is a characteristic of a regular grocery store. The meat dept has choice cuts and a great selection. Seafood and a meat counter greet you to make selections from. Bakery is far better than the big blue box store and has a variety of cakes, cookies and bagels. Pre order a cake or grab a cheesecake or ice cream cake. Deli has a variety of lunch meats, cheeses as well as a hit food case. This grocery store has it all and the friendliness of small town Scottsbluff.

Its clean and small and has all the basics. The fruits and veggies were old and wilty. Not the selection we are used to from other Safeways we have been to. Not thrilled at all.

Ordered 2 gigantic cakes with fruit filling and whipped icing, for 200 people. Everyone loved it as the cake was really moist and filling was great! Cakes were ready on time and just the way I ordered them. Will order again for large functions.
