Absolutely disgusting. Went to Subway for lunch with my wife and daughter, the lady was in the back drinking a soda looks like she just got done from lunch. She didn't wash your hands proceeded to prep food stick in the containers then brought them out and stuck them in the fridge went back did dishes and went back to prepping food. I did get a hold of a general manager and they are going to take care of the issue.

On April 25th 2021 we did a online order my husband ran in picked it up got home found out there was only 4 sandwiches instead of 5. We have called the manger of the store & the general manger still no response from either of them even went into the store to talk to the manager she blew us off.It awful how they do busy. Never again will I walk back into that store. I'm also reporting them higher up because no one deserves this. In my opinion it's theft

Are you kidding me!! 4 STAR I drive a truck and stopped in to get a napkin and fork because I used my last one.Do you think I could get that? H=// NO! I am sorry you have to buy something. This is why I don't go to Subway or ever go again. Customer service ay right!
