“Finally made it to this staple in Belmont. I was told by friends to try it for a while not but for some reason I just didn't. I should have listened! As always the big tests for Mexican restaurants for me is the chips and salsa and the margaritas. This place doesn't disappoint on either. The chips are hot and crispy and the salsa has just the right amount of hear to make it craveable. I have been there twice now, once with the grandson and once alone. When I brought the boy he loved the queso dip. Said it was ooey and gooey and delicious. I got some gringo tacos and they came out piping hot and flavorful beyond words. The margaritas are fantastic. The bartenders are attentive, funny and know their trade.”

“We only have 1 member of our family who is gluten intolerant but I no longer make gluten items and just buy something for him. At our family gatherings/holiday parties, we ALL enjoy the delicious gluten free treats from GFDB. We have not been disappointed in any item we've tried and people are still raving about them from this most recent holiday season. They are available at multiple places (stores, farmers markets) as well as directly from their home. You will receive a warm greeting and quick delivery of your order without ever having to step out of your car! If you have any "yuck, gluten free" people in your life, slip them some GFDB treats and they will never know!”

“Went here on Saturday with the wife for karaoke. The atmosphere and crowd ranged in ages from 20s-70s. Everyone was super friendly and appeared to be having a good time (kinda rare in NH). We didn’t know anyone there even though we’re locals but felt very welcomed and comfortable. The karaoke lady was fun and friendly. The bartenders were exceptionally good - I never had to ask for another drink and they were seemingly standing in front of me with a genuine smile and asking us proactively if we wanted another. The bartenders were having as much fun as us it seemed. No drama, complaining or waiting - all signs of a good bar staff. The owner was there somewhat covertly and I had a few good conversations with him and eventually figured out he owned the place. He wasn’t overtly playing up his status at the bar or micro managing his staff - another rarity for a bar like this. At the end of night he personally invited us to come back to his bar, something I’ve never heard in my decades of working and visiting bars. A+ grade from us. Nikki and I will be back.”

“In my opinion best pizza joint in the area, I grew up going here the pizzas on point the staffs amazing and even remembered my name their that good over there, and if you go into place an order the guys and gals over at the tap are great too if your sitting waiting on your food I occasionally go and grab a drink while i wait and i wouldn’t trade it for any other spot. Unfortunately i just moved so i wont be getting to see these wonderful ppl anymore but ILL BE BACK! :)”

“I was shocked at how nice it was inside, loved how it looked, was clean, neat. I have driven by several times and finally said I will try it and have been looking for a decent Chinese place, most don't use pea pods or vegetables anymore, usually I have to ask and pay more and forgot to was surprised to see there were pea pods. And the dumplings were so good. The waitress was so kind. It's hard for me to feel comfortable but she made me feel welcomed. I pray I visit again soon. Thank you”

“Absolutely love this place! It is one of my favorites for delicious Mexican food. I had the fajita burrito and it was cooked perfectly. The house margaritas are perfect and the chips and salsa are excellent. The bathrooms are also clean and private. “All I can say is wow! Vs is a great place for real, fresh, authentic Vietnamese food!. I have never had a bad experience or bad food from here. From the Pho, Ramen, and the Banh Mi sandwiches are the real deal. Beef, pork, chicken, you will love them all. The Boba's are absolutely delicious! I can literally eat this food everyday. For such a smaller place, the hit big on flavor and service. For anyone in the area or coming to the area, you have to stop by and try this place out!!! Best in the state!!”

Always great servers.Kid-friendliness: Coloring menus, Kid menu large and kid friendly oun food on regular menu. “My family of four were greeted at the door quickly by friendly smiles by several staff members and to let us know they will be with us shortly. They sat us in the back room, by request , near the piano player Kyle Dumais. Great job on the ivory and nice touch. We were greeted by our server Liberty who did a great job welcoming us again and guided us through the specials and offering drinks and appetizers. Drinks and appetizer came promptly and dinner quickly followed. Service was top notch across the board and the food was fantastic. We all enjoyed our dinner selections of chicken Parmesan , shrimp scampi , rib eye steak and 1 chicken tender plate. Whenever we are in the area again this will be our place. Thank you”

“The food here was way beyond my expectations. I tried the pickle soup and it was fantastic. The wraps are delicious. My 4 year old who doesn't like anything different and refused to order anything saw my food and ate all the chicken out of half my wrap, so it's safe to say she liked it. I can't wait to go back and try different things. Everything is so fresh and you can really taste it. Even their drinks are delicious. An added plus is how friendly everyone is who works here. I would highly recommend giving this place a try, you won't be disappointed when you do!”

“We stopped in at The Eggshell Restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant is set for “Seat Yourself” casual dining. I must say, they make a great pot of coffee and all of the food was delicious and generously portioned. We enjoyed eggs served with bacon, sausage, Texas toast and perfect homemade home fries. A side of corned beef hash and a tall glass of OJ rounded off a great meal.Our Server, Kelsey, was very pleasant and attentive; and we appreciated that the food was served promptly. Gabby, another Server was also helpful.Well, would we recommend this restaurant? The answer is… Yes, absolutely! We plan to return for some more good eating! Also, reasonable prices. *Restaurant closes at 2 pm.”

“First off I love D'angelo's sandwiches and have been coming to this one in Laconia for years. I ordered 2 medium size pockets. Thank God they finally got acceptable pockets after a long stretch of not having any pockets at all. The first was a pastrami which was great. The second was their new Ballpark sandwich which is sausage, peppers and onions. It was OK. The peppers were sliced a little smaller than I would recommend. The biggest problem was that the pocket it was in was old. It "cracked" and wasn't flexible as their pockets are when fresh. Maybe if it were more fresh, I would have enjoyed the Ballpark better. I'm not sure I want to risk getting it again.”

“Off the beaten path you will find this charming smokehouse operation. Plenty of free parking and a porta potty for restroom. We enjoyed the smoked cheeses and meats and other charming knick-knacks and treats. Proprietors are very friendly and willing to answer all your questions. I will be back.”

“Spent a snowy Sunday afternoon at the Gilmanton Winery for a wine tasting. This place is very quaint. We each tasted 6 of their wines. They have wines from very dry to very sweet. We also ordered a lovely charcuterie board. The service was excellent, the wines were tasty and the atmosphere was cozy. We left with a bottle as well. If you're feeling a little cooped up, head over and relax for a bit!”

“Very creative ice cream flavors! Ice cream is clearly homemade and of a higher quality than most. Tried the raspberry blonde ice cream and it was amazing. White chocolate ice cream base with raspberry swirl and chunk of blondie. I will be craving this now. We also go a few cookies to go.Service was quick and very friendly. The location is cool in a new building in Lakeport. We were the only ones there so we sat at the little bar (the only seating).In the summer it’ll be nice to grab some and walk across the street to the park on the lake.”
