“I drive by almost everyday and never thought to stop inside, I’m glad I did. I saw a prior review online and thought the food looked great, they did not disappoint. Very friendly, very welcoming. I got the hungry hobo minus hot sauce and it was delish! They have many goodies I can’t wait to try. That pistachio slice of pie is mine next time ?Thank you for a great experience, it doesn’t happen a lot but when it does I like giving props.“
“This place has some of the best sandwiches in the state. The bread they use can handle the fillings and they're never a huge mess like every other sandwich place. Their larges are also large which I really appreciate.Go try their Italian stalian sub. It's Italian sausage meatballs and chicken parm in one sandwich and it's amazing!“
“My son and I decided to check out this new restaurant-so glad we did! We were seated at a high table in the bar area. I really like the atmosphere at Foundation. Our servers were very pleasant and helpful with our questions. Being craft beer drinkers, we were pleased with the selection. In fact, I was delighted to be able to enjoy a pint of Wormtown's Blizzard of 78-one of my favorite winter brews. There is a full bar. Rob & I shared all the food we ordered so we could sample a wide variety. All were excellent. We had Braised Short Ribs, Arancini, Pecan Pear Salad, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, and still had room to share a Snickers Dessert. Since we were sharing, all of our selections came out from the kitchen split, which was a nice touch. I am looking forward to returning to Foundation kitchen + bar in the near future.“
“Hidden away in east derry is a place called the east derry tavern. Your probably thinking some local dive that isnt that great but youd be wrong. The food is killer and reasonable with a diverse menu. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. The owner wanders out frequently to make sure youre satisfied and is genuinely interested in your opinion. This is no ordinary tavern!“
“From Kaitlyn who served us to Joe cooking they missed nothing!Comfort food done super bueno. I had the short rib on mashed with corn and French onion soup to start. My husband had the Pit Roast Melt and a chili starter.Too delish. Really. Nothing was even questionable.I don’t eat like this every day but today we did and I am not sorry?Stop into this family owned diner. Bring your appetiteAni“
“I'll give em a solid 5 cause I've been here about 5 times and it is consistent. When I mean it's consistent it's the same amazing omelets and home fries everytike even there take out was impressive. Well worth the stop the coffee could be better but besides that this place is worth the stop.“
“I might be partial but, My wife and I have a fantastic time each and every time we go. The service is awesome the staff is friendly and accommodating and always prompt and helpful. The parking can be tricky it's a small place and can be busy but the live music is just fantastic...you really need to check out the patio and backyard.... it's perfect“
“I have been coming here since I moved to Derry about 3 years ago. The servers and the vibe has always been fantastic. Maryanns serves your traditional diner fare with a rotating selection of unique specials. Prices are exceptionally reasonable, I typically spend $15-20 for a drink and entree. My go-to for breakfast is the Elvis Presley Breakfast. I would highly recommend. My go-to lunch option is any of their sandwiches or the fish and chips Friday special. I enjoyed coming here over the years but I am moving to another state. Thank you Maryanns team for all the good meals!“
“The food is always good haven't had a bad meal yet I have been a few time I would recommend there hot dogs burgers onion rings buffalo tenders there pizza is also awesome they do incredible drinks Russel is a awesome an funny bartender there most of the staff is very smiley an you can tell enjoy working there the owners are both wonderful people to I would recommend them over most local places vary friendly an welcoming“
“Can't remember servers name unfortunately as it's been a week since being there. But the gentleman took care of our entire group of over 15 people in the middle of multiple rounds of Cornhole and no one had to wait for drinks or food cause he was on his A game. Drinks and food were a slightly pricey but due to playing Cornhole and the quality of drinks and food, very much worth the price of admission.“
“Food was just ok. Got the steak and cheese with cheddar cheese. Roll wasn't that big and the steak had alot of that chewy fat in it. Garlic mashed was pretty good tho. Drinks are good here and bartenders are always friendly and attentive. Prices are ok, but could be better.“
“Jameson’s has a great setup. With a large restaurant area and an equally large bar area with high-top tables, there’s an experience for just about everyone. Food is great, service is prompt and friendly. It can get a little loud in the bar area during peak times, but that’s to be expected for a popular location.“
“Take out Sunday! The in-laws wanted fried clams and fried scallops so we called in for take out. 2 clam rolls, a scallop roll and an onion rings, Greek salad with chicken and of course a coffee frappe. All the food was good as expected hand cut hand battered onion rings portions were just right coleslaw is moms favorite the Greek salad was full of veggies and a good portion of chicken a little light on the feta. Overall a good meal.“
“One of the best in town. Their cabin fever wings are my favorite. My friends surprised me with my 30th birthday party there. We were able to rent out the back room and enjoy a great buffet style lunch. All of the staff here is fantastic. They also have a beautiful outdoor seating area on a raised porch which is so nice so you don't feel like you are just sitting in a parking lot.Parking: Large shared lot with the bowling ally. Plenty of space.“
“Our first experience at Americus. It was fantastic. The greeting at the door was quick and courteous. Kat was our waitress. Very pleasant and informative. Fondue appetizer was scrumptious. The food was served hot and delicious. Wine was just what the description said. There were 4 in our party. All of us were very pleased. We will be back and will recommend to others.“
“First time trying this place. My husband & I hit the fried raviolis, pretzels, fish & chips, & broccoli chicken alfredo. Everything tasted great (Alfredo sauce was best we’ve had in a long time!) waiter Derek was nice. The only bad things I could say were that upstairs (downstairs was closed for an event) was freezing! And when we were walking up to the building people from the event were smoking outside right off the enterance to building. Otherwise, great food, great service, TVs to catch the game, plenty of parking. Would definetly go to again!“
“We went there on New Years Eve (12/31/23) Most of the Chinese Restaurants in the area were only take-out No Dining Room service. Bonsai did have their dining room open. There were people out the door waiting for their takeout which was a good sign! For a New Years Eve, the food was great, the service was great, even though the whole staff was busy just with takeouts. They told us (being honest) that their service was not totally up to par, because of the huge amount of takeouts they had! They gave us a $15 coupon for our next visit and assured us that the service would be much better. Every server that came to our table was friendly, and attentive! Will go again for sure!“
“Olde Post is a true hidden gem of breakfast spots. The food is always perfect and exceeds expectations. It's a small place but we usually time it right and rarely have to wait. The homemade bread is well worth the price. Always get the homemade bread.“
