We were seated immediately upon arrival so there was no wait time. Our waiter was very attentive, the order was taken and arrived in a short amount of time. All the meals were delicious and fair portions for the price. One of the people in our party, when the bill arrived, questioned the price of the loaded baked potato which had been added to a kids meal. $7.50 for a baked potato was rather excessive and the menu indicated that the addition was $1.50 or $2.00. No accommodation or adjustment was offered. The person that questioned it suggested that the menu be changed to be more accurate regarding addition or substitution items. Other than that, the meal was good and we will eat at a 99 in the future!Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu along with coloring sheets and crayons!

Waiter was not very pleasant, person clearing the table behind us( I' m pretty sure she was the manager) dropped a knife hit me in the leg and than she never wiped off the seat or apologized. Glad I had on jeans and not something I really cared about. Just not very good all around.

Always been happy with the 99 and their food and drinks. My girl and I came in the other night and I've had the king size steak tips many times and always been happy with them. We had drinks and got our dinners to go and spent $120.00 with the tip.I got home and the steak tips were just the worst I've ever had, the meat was stringy and tough, I couldn't even eat half of them.

We visited after a long day of shopping. The artichoke dip was probably the worst I have ever had. We did let the waitress know why we hadn't eaten hardly any as she asked. I have never seen this served with a pile of pico on it. Burger was so soaked we had to send it back but the cook really went above to make up for it and gave extra for a replacement meal. Would visit again but make better choices.
