I had the best experience at Dunkin's today. My sister and I were deciding what we wanted to order and we were taking a bit and this lady, Norma was unbelievably kind. Dealing with rude customers can be very stressful and can sometimes make people's moods go down and she did not let that affect her. She went out of her way to be kind. Love dunks!!!

I will not go back to this Dunkin's. This is the 3rd time I have been up to North Conway and each time I have gone here for convince and each time had issues with my order. This time I asked for a coffee and a hot cocoa. I get to the window and see the person holding a bag and 2 drinks. I state to them that I only ordered 2 drinks and she quickly states "Yeah I like to hold everything" and then proceeds to had me the bag first. I had to say again that I did not order any food just 2 drinks.Had she not thought she knew better than the person who placed the order then this mistake could've been avoided.

Worst service at a dunkin' that I've ever experienced. Both drinks came out without cold foam as labeled on the receipt. Sandwiches were cold, lukewarm at best. No donuts were available. I've come here multiple times and have always experienced similar issues. Save your time- go to the other Dunks in North Conway.

Long wait. The staff was arguing and fighting using inappropriate words. Very unprofessional. Orders were made wrong, a total disaster.

At 6:09 this morning I was the only person at this location. I had to wait for my extra large pumpkin coffee because the cashier getting yelled at by a coworker for 5 minutes and my coffee was wrong there was no pumpkin in it. The cashier is a very sweet lady and works over night and doesn't deserve to be treated that way.

Drive thru lady sat there chatting with a friend for 5 minutes while multiple people waited for their order, she only stopped talking because I was trying to 7-point turn my way out of the line

Horrible service, extremely rude, kiosk order only. I understand being short but they had 5 employees and two appeared to be standing around. Kiosk only is a poor decision and a reason I'll go to the next Dunkin in the future.

Dunkin’ with a larger than normal dining area and wifi. My daughter left her glasses here and they were kind enough to put them to the side until we could pick them up. Thank you so much!!!
