The cooks don't pay attention to tickets so you might as well not ask for special requests, They would rather you go to a hospital than refund your order. The MOD was reluctant to give me her name, Samantha, concerning as a customer but also as a corporation.... door dash and taco bell DID nothing to rectify my situation, just blamed it on the DoorDash driver. Hahahaha really? Don't go here!

Worst service ever. This location stillOwes me money, I was not refunded the full amount for an item that I never asked for. I also did the “tell the bell” survey informing corporate of this horrible experience. I never heard back. Apparently corporate doesn’t value their customers either. Now I understand where the manager get his underwhelming customer service
