My friend had ordered through the app and had ordered a sub. When it was delivered they did not make a sub and instead made a salad with bread on the side. The salad had dressings on it that my friend did not order and since they have a severe tree nut allergy could not eat it since the dressing sauce was unknown. No one picked up their phone when my friend tried calling and when I tried calling no one picked up either. With all the other one star reviews this doesn’t surprise me but nonetheless disappointed in the carelessness of the workers as well as the lack of consequences that these employees face for consistently failing. Unfortunately though it seems that the management there is to blame since no actions seems to have taken place.

They completely messed up my order today. It was either missing ingredients or had too many ingredients. It was so messy with way too much mayonaise placed on top of the sandwich. Will never order from this store again. Never received a receipt so the Contact Us is useless because it's needed, not worth calling them because they don't answer either.... I guess that's what you get for BOGO....

Not sure what's going on...but place has made a huge change for the better! Usually I dont like subway but my kids do (and we had some good coupons). We went for lunch a few days ago and the place was spotless and staffed properly. All the vegetables were fresh and nothing was wilted or almost expired. Great lunch we'll be going back again. BTW got the Chipotle steak n cheese was ?

Was there yesterday and store closed at 12 noon with no signage on door. went next door to Five Guys. Place is suspect and always weirdos working here. I only go randomly but may take my business elsewhere. Corporate needs an overhaul of this place or it will be a vape shop shortly.

This is THE worst subway I've ever been to. Severely understaffed and I'm guessing it's due to the god awful management. The owner or manager, whatever he is, makes it obvious that he does not want to be there and does not care to fix any of the issues going on. Just overall an uncomfortable environment to sit down and enjoy a meal. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Was kicked out on Saturday night at 6:45 because the employee said he wanted to be out the door at 7. Meanwhile he followed me out the door and continued smoking cigarettes with a friend who didn’t appear to work at subway. Lazy at the least. Won’t go back to this subway

Cold chicken in a chicken bacon ranch on herbs and cheese. Wasn't toasted either. Ordered online. Was the absolute grossest sub I've ever had from subway hands down. To the point where I will not return to any of them.
