This restaurant is a horrible representation of Chipotle as a brand. GM Michael Lenzo is very rude and arrogant. This location has gone down hill tremendously in the last few years. Always out of some type of food, smaller portions and bad attitudes. Finally after over a year they offer lemonade from a drink fountain again. I typically go to a Chipotle in Portland, Maine. I expected a similar experience in Dover, and it was not even close. Dover had about 60% of the quantity and little of the quality. Reading the other comments it looks as though the franchise owners need to shake up the Dover store.
