I came across this little gem at Kingston Days this year and I am very happy that I did. I have never been a vegan but the food from this food truck did not make me miss having an animal protein at all. The food was so good that my wife and I came back specifically to the fair just to get some of their food to take home. The spring rolls were some of the best I've had around the area. I picked up the mozzarella sticks, chickn parm sandwich, and whoopee pie for my nonvegan husband today. Ordering online was easy, as was pickup. He loved it all. I tried a bite of the sandwich, and it tasted like the stuffed vegan peppers that my mother makes. Great find!

Always amazing. I love the "mozzarella" sticks and anything cauliflower. We also had an incredible Thanksgiving meal from Hungry Caterpillar and it was truly delicious. You can't go wrong!
