The food & coffee are always great, but the cafe is not inviting. I don't like it. It's cold & plain. The previous place on West Street was so awesome. It was warm, inviting & had character. I miss that place a lot.
New location. It's a bit cramped; it's cozier with fewer people. I haven't much else other than bread and soup (broccoli cheddar is creamy and filling - though I prefer a larger portion than what they consider a bowl). Their lemonade is more like a vitamin water than homemade lemonade.

I've been to several Panera recently from FL to NH. Keene is by far my favorite. The staff in Keene are friendlier than any of the others I've stopped at and the store itself is more open and brighter.
